My Social Life Other cats: Absolutely! I’m a total social butterfly and love feline friends. Dogs: Undecided… I’ll reserve judgment until I meet one. Kids: I haven’t met any mini humans yet, but I’m open to learning!
My Personality I’m goofy, confident, and impressively athletic—I’ve got great coordination and love showing it off! I enjoy interactive play with both my feline pals and my foster human, but I’m also great at entertaining myself, especially with games of chase and tag. I’m curious, determined, and quick to learn, which makes me feel extra clever. Despite all that energy, I’m also incredibly affectionate and love long cuddle sessions. I could happily spend hours curled up next to you or snoozing in your lap.
I Enjoy Playtime of all kinds—every toy is worth investigating! Wet food and treats (honestly, I’m not picky when it comes to snacks). My cat tower, where I can scratch, climb, and survey the world like royalty. Cozy nap spots, especially burrowing under blankets and pillows—please check before sitting!
I’m Not a Fan Of There’s not much that bothers me… although I recently discovered my reflection in the mirror, and I’m still deciding how I feel about that cat.
What Makes Me Special My striking tuxedo markings certainly turn heads, but what really sets me apart is my personality. I’m smart, funny, affectionate, and full of charm—a perfect mix that will keep you smiling every day.
My Perfect Home I’d love a home with another young or playful cat to wrestle and zoom around with, plus humans who enjoy interactive play and cozy cuddle time. Smittens isn’t just another cat rescue.
We are a coalition of volunteers with a spay/neuter mission, dedicated to helping both stray and owned animals in the greater San Diego area get fixed, receive veterinary care, and whatever else they may need! Smittens works with shelters and other rescues to route cats to proper vet care and eventual homes, and we take in stray cats who need help getting off the street. We also support TNR for feral cats, and assist cat and dog owners to get their own pets fixed and vaccinated at a low cost.
