My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

"No greater gift there is, than a generous heart."  And a generous heart you'd have for adopting baby Yoda.  Yoda is fast and very playful.  This guy definitely tries some of Yoda's fight moves from Star Wars when playing with his siblings.  He is still learning to trust humans but he is getting braver and braver every day.  Yoda enjoys sitting in a sunny window and playing with his foster mom's feet while she works.  Although shy upon first starting to pet him, after the initial contact he is very sweet and cuddly.

Yoda is FIV+ but that's nothing to worry about!  He can still have a happy and long life expectancy like other kitties. This just means that his immune system is compromised.  With standard regular veterinarian care, good diet, and inside living, there really is no reason that he will not live out a happy kitty life.  However, if you have other cats in your family you do have to know that FIV can be passed along but only through certain circumstances like deep bites, for example.  If the kitties don’t fight they can live together and keep each other and you company. To find out more about FIV and how to care for a cat with it go here: https://www.vet.cornell.edu/departments-centers-and-institutes/cornell-feline-health-center/health-information/feline-health-topics/feline-immunodeficiency-virus-fiv.

Yoda's adoption fee is $275. Yoda can be adopted out to WA, OR, UT, ID & BC, Canada (Canadian adopter must pick up in Bellingham, WA).

Pick up day is unforgettable! We hope you’ll take a chance and apply to adopt. This kitty needs you!

Three Little Pitties Rescue has been in operation for almost 4 years. We have transported and adopted out over 8,000 animals and have thousands of former adopters who keep in touch in our private Facebook group as a testament of high standards for animal vetting preparation and adoption placement.

All animals are seen multiple times by a licensed veterinarian and are fully vetted prior to adoption according to our extensive medical standards. Yoda will receive a health certificate (stating that a licensed veterinarian saw the pet and deemed it healthy for travel). Yoda is up to date on vaccines according to age, has received proper deworming and flea prevention, is microchipped, combo tested, neutered, and comes with one month free trial of pet insurance if registered by adopter with the insurance company.

We care deeply about placing our pets with loving families who will treasure them for the rest of their lives.

Send an inquiry about this kitty to Emilyc@ThreeLittlePittiesRescue.org or complete an application and one of our trained adoption coordinators will be in touch within a few business days!
