My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dactyl is a very sweet and friendly boy who makes himself right at home with people. He’s the kind of cat who greets you with gentle curiosity, soft eyes, and a calm presence that instantly puts you at ease. He enjoys attention, appreciates affection, and seems genuinely happy just being near his humans.

With his handsome black-and-white coat and kind expression, Dactyl has both the looks and the personality to match. He would do well in a home looking for a loving companion—whether that’s a quiet couch buddy or a friendly face to welcome you after a long day.

If you’re looking for a cat who is easy to love and eager to return that love tenfold, Dactyl may be your perfect match. 🐾🖤

More about this shelter

Pauls Valley Animal Welfare Society a 501c3 was formed to improve the problems of disease, overpopulation & abandonment of stray animals in Garvin County.
Our organization is made up of over 300 members who care about animals. It is an eclectic group varying in race, age, economic and professional levels and religious affiliations. We are, however, single-minded when confronting our community problems of animal cruelty and neglect, overpopulation and the humane treatment in which our strays and homeless dogs and cats are housed. Our goal is to relieve their suffering, do everything in our power to find them homes and provide a decent animal shelter for Garvin County.
