My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I'm Colt! I love playing with toys and wrestling with my brothers and my foster kitties. I'm a total cuddle bug, but every now and then I enjoy a little independence. You will often find me napping up high with my head handing off my bed like a goofball.
I'm obsessed with feather toys and crinkle paper, but my favortie "toy" of all is my foster mom's pair of Croc sandels.
When I'm extra happy, my purr comes with a cute little chirp. I get along wonderfully with all the cats in my foster home, and I'd love a forever family who enjoys playtime, cuddles, and all my silly quirks.

More about this rescue

We are an all-volunteer 501(c)3 non-profit cat rescue group. We rescue abandoned cats & kittens from the streets and high kill city animal shelters in Orange, Los Angeles, Imperial and San Diego counties.
We also help people who need to rehome their pets through our Community Foster Program in that we post the cats on our internet sites and accept applications for them. We also help the owner screen applicants and bring their cats to our adoption events but we cannot physically take them since we are foster based. We do not have a physical shelter, we foster in our homes, not in cages which is a more natural environment for cats.
Lastly, we help reduce the number of unwanted kittens with TNR (Trap-Neuter/spay-Release) by loaning traps and instructing others on how to TNR and by referring people to low-cost S/N clinics.
