My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I'm Winchester, but my friends call me Chester. I may have been the smallest kitten in my litter, but I make up for it in my personality! I love carrying around all my toys, especially to bring them to wherever the action is happening. I'm affectionate, social, and happiest when snuggling with my siblings and humans. I also have a favorite spot for napping-the hammocks on our cat tree-and I'll happily curl up there for a cozy catnap.
I'd make a wonderful addition to a family looking for a playful, confident, cuddle-loving kitten who loves toys and a good hammock snooze.

More about this rescue

We are an all-volunteer 501(c)3 non-profit cat rescue group. We rescue abandoned cats & kittens from the streets and high kill city animal shelters in Orange, Los Angeles, Imperial and San Diego counties.
We also help people who need to rehome their pets through our Community Foster Program in that we post the cats on our internet sites and accept applications for them. We also help the owner screen applicants and bring their cats to our adoption events but we cannot physically take them since we are foster based. We do not have a physical shelter, we foster in our homes, not in cages which is a more natural environment for cats.
Lastly, we help reduce the number of unwanted kittens with TNR (Trap-Neuter/spay-Release) by loaning traps and instructing others on how to TNR and by referring people to low-cost S/N clinics.
