My name is Minnow!

Minnow is a great dog. We are rehoming because she has a strong prey drive towards our resident cats. She is otherwise a fantastic companion, able to live in an apartment or a house, and incredibly trainable. She is a goofy girl who loves to play with her people or on her own. Does well when left alone for 8-9 hours a day. She is working on crate training, but has never destroyed furniture or clothes while we are away. Walks well on a leash, will pull towards other dogs to sniff, but disengages easily. She is content with 3 20 minute walks per day, but also enjoys longer walks, hikes, and runs. We haven’t taken her to the dog park or spent much time with other dogs yet because she was just recently spayed, but has been a polite little lady when meeting other dogs in the neighborhood or at cafes/breweries. Does whine/yelp when in a separate room from her people, but will self-regulate in 5-10 minutes. She likes wearing her rain coat and is very tolerant of baths/nail clipping.
