She already knows “sit” and “down,” showing that she has a solid foundation and enjoys engaging with her people.
Bonnie has a playful side and absolutely loves a good game with a tennis ball. She’s happiest with sturdy, heavy-duty toys that can keep up with her enthusiasm. About the Adoption
Please plan for approximately an hour to complete your adoption. If the shelter is busy, it could take longer. You will be asked to complete a one-page profile and then an Adoption Counselor will meet with you to discuss your pet(s) of interest.
Animals go home at the time of adoption. Adoption Counselors invest time with you to make sure you’re fully informed before you leave and have all the resources you need to introduce your new pet(s) into your home.
After the Adoption
About a week after you adopt, a CAHS Adoption Counselor will follow-up with you to see how things are going and offer assistance should you need it.
