My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You would never know Sugar had a rough start in life. She is the happiest dog, with energy for days. At just 8-months old and barely 5 pounds, she ended up at the Martinez shelter where they did surgery to remove stones from her bladder. They also spayed and vaccinated her so she is ready for her forever home and we will know more about the types of stones that were in her bladder soon.

Sugar loves everybody; all humans and all dogs (as far as we can tell). She has a ton of energy and loves to play but she can also entertain herself for hours with toys.

Sugar's name is perfect because she’s so very sweet. We think she’s probably a purebred Pom, so she will be very small when she’s full-grown.
