Buttercup is a 4 month old purebred German shepherd puppy. She is very intelligent, friendly, curious and sociable. A little feisty.
Likes children. She loves to be cuddled.
Please understand raising a puppy takes commitment and patience. (Please be home every 2-3 hours during this important developmental stage.) Puppies need lots of training and opportunities for socialization.
Buttercup will be a great companion as an adult dog if her adopter puts the time and commitment into her puppy education. As an adult she will need a lifetime of responsibility, with daily exercise and routine medical care. And of course lots of love!

Thank you for choosing to adopt a rescue dog! Whether you adopt from Rocket Dog or another rescue group, the fact is you will save a life. Adopting a rescued animal is a lifetime commitment! The first step in our adoption process is completing an adoption questionnaire here: https://www.rocketdogrescue.org/adopt/adoption-application/
From there, you will be contacted by a volunteer to talk more about what you're looking for and if the dog you're interested in might be a good fit.
