My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This sweet lady is Lydia! She arrived at the shelter as a lost girl on 12/9, and sadly, no one has come to reclaim her. Lydia is timid in the overwhelmingly loud environment, and spends most of her time quietly curled up on her Kuranda bed watching shelter life go on around her. The volunteers describe Lydia as initially shy, but she'll warm up with kind words and gentle pets. Lydia is a mature, chill girl so if you're looking for a new BFF without the young dog energy/playfulness she may be the perfect fit. If you have a soft spot for the shy kids who may be overlooked, please come meet Lydia!

Lydia is approximately 7 years old, and weighs 83 lbs. She is UTD on vaccines, and did test negative for heartworms. She will be spayed and microchipped upon adoption. Lydia is waiting patiently in kennel 883; her ID # is 15554.

Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When inquiring about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER.
