While her exact age is only an estimate and what she’ll be like in a home setting is still a bit of a mystery, her friends at the shelter know one thing for sure: Tessa is 100% certified good girl. She is an absolute gem when meeting new people—everyone is greeted with a big wagging tail and plenty of kisses. Tessa could use a little work on her leash manners, but she’s eager to please and will happily sit or lie down all day long if it means earning a yummy treat. With proper introductions, Tessa would do well in a home with other dogs, cats, and even kids. She enjoys going for short walks and then settling in to relax on the couch with her people. True to her husky roots, Tessa can be a bit vocal when she feels she’s being ignored—she just likes to make sure you know she’s there! Tessa is a lovely, affectionate dog who is ready to shine in her forever home and become a cherished member of her new family.
