My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Turbo. He is winning over our hearts at lightening speed. You would never know he was found at a gas station, and we first thought he was quite a shy cat who wanted to keep to himself. He's shifting gears now--his motor gets going, purring away once you offer him some gentle head pets. He will give you soft, slow blinks and melt into your hand for some chin rubs. He loves to play with wand toys and lounge high up in our tree, in the Cat Showroom. Come meet him today and if you don’t adopt, you’ll still leave with your tank full of love!

Go meet their pets

We’re so excited that you’re considering adopting from Nashville Humane Association. We’re located at 213 Oceola Ave in West Nashville, near the intersection of White Bridge Road and Charlotte Pike, and are open from 10AM until 5PM TUE through SUN (closed Mondays). We’re also closed from 12-1PM for “Quiet Hour.” As a quick heads up, our adoption process takes about an hour, and all adoptions must be finalized on-site at the shelter, so if you’re planning to visit and adopt, be sure to make accommodations for time.
