Here's what the humans have to say about me:
**Biscuit is a Patient Paw, please ask about their reduced adoption fee and the possibility of a sleepover!**
A lovable, playful and sweet girl: BISCUIT! This adorable little lady is as quick as a whip and always ready for play and adventure. She has quickly learned crate training, excels at playtime and can`t wait to learn more! She’s a special girl that needs someone that is willing to help her become the best dog she can be!
She isn`t your typical adolescent dog, she is going to need lots of support to grow and mature into the dog we know she can become. The best person for her is someone that can give her this time and dedication and be ready to learn what it takes to give Biscuit the best possible care! We would be happy to share what will best for her when you come in!
Biscuit has a hard time knowing how to be a dog some days so she is going to need guidance from an older and confident dog. This companionship would help teach Biscuit and build up her confidence. Plus, another dog to play with will be amazing for Biscuit`s playful energy! Biscuit would also do best with some extra space, so a detached home would be perfect.
Biscuit has been with us for some time now and we know she is ready to find her forever home, so come by and introduce yourself to her today!
Biscuit is: - Open to older kids (teens) - Open to cats - Open to dogs with intros! (Older, confident dogs)

From our earliest beginning, Calgary Humane Society was more than a shelter. As Calgary’s first-established animal welfare organization, connecting the lives of animals and people while providing essential animal services to the community remains our central priority.
Today, Calgary Humane Society (CHS) shelters almost 5,000 homeless animals each year. In 1922 we set out to help as many animals as we can and we will continue to do so by fostering the values of respect, compassion, commitment, teamwork, integrity and innovation.
Our mission is to help as many animals as we can.
Our vision is using innovative strategies to lead, inspire, and educate in the humane treatment of companion animals, fostering an enlightened community that consistently demonstrates respect and compassion for all animals.
Our dream is a community where animals are valued, humanely treated, and live enriched lives.
Calgary Humane Society is committed to creating a better tomorrow through education and collaboration.
