My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I’m Dumpling, a super sweet, low-energy girl who’s all about snuggles, soft pets, and being close to my people. I came into foster care underweight and not feeling my best, so I spent my first few days quietly resting and soaking in love—but as I continue to gain strength, my personality keeps shining brighter. I get along wonderfully with other dogs, cats, and kids, and I have the gentlest heart. I’m working on potty training and do a great job using pee pads when I can’t quite hold it yet. I may howl a little when I want something (especially treats—I have a sweet tooth!), and I can be unsure of unfamiliar visitors at first, but with a little time I warm up nicely. I’d thrive in a home where someone is around often, because I have so much love saved up and ready to give. If you’re looking for a calm, affectionate companion who just wants to be cherished, I’m your girl.
