Eugene is a young, handsome gentleman with a big heart. He’s always eager to say hello and never turns down a good petting sesh! Friendly and affectionate, Eugene enjoys being the center of attention and would thrive as the only pet in the home. A household without young children would be the best fit for this charming guy, where he can truly shine and soak up all the love he deserves.

The first step to adopting a dog from the Rhode Island SPCA is filling out an adoption application. If your application is selected, you will be contacted and asked if you would like to schedule a meet & greet. Because of the volume of applications we receive, sometimes we can only respond to the selected applicant.
