Hazel is a super sweet 7-year-old Miniature Australian Shepherd weighing just 13 lbs. Don’t let her size fool you; she is full of energy, personality, and love. Hazel adores playing tug and fetch, is highly trainable, and knows lots of tricks. She is housebroken, crate trained, and leash trained.
Hazel’s Ideal Home: Hazel struggles with anxiety and can be fearful of new people. It takes her a little extra time to get used to new people. When guests visit, she usually needs her own quiet space. She does not get along with other dogs or with very young children, which is why we are seeking a new home for her.
Hazel would thrive as the only pet in a household with no young kids (older children or adults only). She would be a perfect match for an active family or individual who enjoys spending time outdoors and giving her plenty of play and exercise.
