Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This is Bear who was found stray, playing in the streets of Philly, with a black and white dog, for the THIRD time 🙄. They were reclaimed the first 2 times, but not this time. Bear is neutered, friendly, and very very sweet. He solicits pets by nudging your hand and thoroughly enjoys the attention. He always takes treats gently. While somewhat shy at first with strangers, once he's been introduced to new humans, he's a trusting boy, which is nice to find in a rescued dog. His owners must have shown him lots of love despite not coming to the shelter for him. A few treats work wonders in his warm up. Food is definitely one of his motivators but he also equally enjoys attention. His noggin is pure eye candy!
Bear pulls somewhat on leash but the pulling is initially out of excitement. He does slow down, but a little training along with steady exercise will address that. He's a big sniffer on walks! He enjoys the company of other dogs, but has not been tested with cats. Children over 10 would be best due to his size and energy.
