Meet Sophia! 🐾😍 Sophia is a 7-month-old Border Collie/Shepherd mix who is impossibly cute and full of personality. With her bright eyes, happy smile, and adorable ears, she turns heads everywhere she goes—and once you pet her, you’ll be hooked. Her coat is luxuriously soft, the kind you can’t stop touching.
Sophia is sweet, funny, and loves to play. She enjoys romping around with other dogs, chasing toys, and soaking up attention from her people. She’s social and well-rounded, doing great with kids, cats, and other dogs.
She’s a smart pup who learns quickly and is making great progress with crate training and house training. With consistency and love, she’s going to be an amazing companion.
Sophia is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and ready to find her forever home. If you’re looking for a playful, affectionate puppy who’s as soft as she is adorable, Sophia may just be your perfect match. 🐾🖤
RPACI is a non profit rescue, and currently possess our 501C3 to operate as such. Please visit us on Facebook: Rebecca's Paws and Claws in Remlap and our website: www.rpacirescue.org. All dogs from this rescue are transported from Alabama to the New England area and delivered in RI. Each dog will come fully vetted. Price also includes transportation and a Health Certificate as required by law. There is a 100.00 deposit required at the time of adoption to secure the transport crate. The remainder of the fee will be paid once you pick up the dog. Naturally the 100.00 comes off the total owed at pick up. It will be refunded if for any reason you decide you do not want to adopt, unless the transport has already left.with the dog. To get a application please go to:

A potential adopter will submit an application. A vet reference is very helpful and will speed the adoption process along. Once approved, a phone interview will be conducted and the adopter will sign a contract. Transport will then be scheduled to bring the new pet home.
