Momo is a beautiful 3.5-year-old male Border Collie weighing around 66 lbs. He is fully vaccinated and ready for his forever home.
As you’d expect from a Border Collie, Momo is very intelligent, but he has a moderate energy level. He is playful yet calm, making him a wonderful balance of fun and relaxation. When he first meets someone, he prefers to observe quietly rather than show immediate enthusiasm—he likes to take a moment to decide if you’re a good person. Once he decides you are, he will shower you with affection, greeting you with a big hug and happily following you around.
Momo is a great eater, which is why he’s a little chubby. He tends to pick out his favorites first—especially chicken breast or roasted salmon—before leaving the kibble behind. However, if you talk to him nicely and ask him to finish his meal, he will come back and clean his bowl.
He walks well on leash. When he gets curious about the world, he may speed up a bit, but when asked to slow down, he listens and walks calmly beside you. Momo gets along very well with other dogs and is friendly and gentle with people. He hasn’t been closely tested with children or cats, but based on his temperament, we don’t anticipate any issues.
If you’re looking for an intelligent companion who doesn’t require constant high-energy activity, Momo could be the perfect match. Even though he’s still young, he has the calm, mature presence of a wise and loving companion.
Please apply if you’re ready to give Momo a permanent, loving home! 🐾
