Charity has been waiting so patiently for someone to see what we see — a gentle, sweet girl with the softest heart and the silkiest black coat.

Now 7 months old, Charity and her sisters Faith & Hope continue to get overlooked simply because they’re black… and it breaks our hearts, because black cats are truly some of the most loving, loyal companions you’ll ever meet.

Charity is a little more on the skittish/shy side at first, but once she feels safe, she’s pure sweetness. She’s the kind of kitten who blossoms with a calm voice, a gentle hand, and a little patience — and when she trusts you, you’ll have a best friend for life.

Rescued during a TNR project, Charity has come so far in foster care. She enjoys playtime, cozy naps, and being near her people… she just needs someone willing to let her open up at her own pace.
