MY RESCUE STORY

I was rescued from a city pound in Pyeongtaek with the help of kind rescuers. I am ready to start a new chapter of my life with my forever family!

• Surgery for luxating patella completed on both back legs

MY PERSONALITY

I am a very playful and energetic dog that loves meeting people! I love taking walks, and I am curious about everything! Can I also say how much I love eating? And I also love people! I can’t wait to meet you!

MY SOCIAL SKILLS

· With People: I love saying hello to new dogs and people and can be petted and held with ease! I have yet met children under the age of 13.

· With Dogs: I love saying hello to new dogs and greeting them to play, and I am most comfortable with dog friends that are of my size! However, if another dog provokes me, I may try to fight back so caution is needed.

· With Cats: I have yet to meet cat friends! (Cat test can be conducted upon request)

ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY

I have high energy level – I like to enjoy my time outdoors before I come inside to rest. There may be times when I pull on the leash but most of the time, I follow where you want to go!

TRAINING & HABITS

I don’t guard my food from people but may growl when other dogs come nearby. I may bark when I want something or meet people that I am unfamiliar with. When I am placed in the kennel, I get nervous and may whimper. I am still new to these experiences and will require extra training to be more comfortable. I can potty both indoors and outdoors.

SPECIAL NOTES

I am a level 2 rescue dog – I may need a few days to adjust to the new environment

I have cravings for food and may growl when you try to move my food plate, but I become calm when trained. I am comfortable with other dogs, especially dogs of my own size but I sometimes play mean to dog friends that are smaller than me.
