Fabio is a gentle, docile Havanese mix with a tender heart and a quiet presence. Having been under-socialized early in life, Fabio is still learning how to navigate the world around him. He can be shy at first and will need patient, understanding adopters who are willing to let him set the pace as he learns to feel safe and secure. Fabio will thrive in a calm, supportive home where kindness, consistency, and time help him build confidence. His future family should be open to working with a qualified trainer who can guide him in learning essential life skills and help him discover how fun and rewarding being a dog can be.
He does well with other dogs and would truly benefit from having a confident, social canine companion in the home to show him the way and help him feel more at ease. With the right guidance and a loving environment, Fabio has so much potential to blossom into a loyal and affectionate companion. IF your application is selected as a match for a dog, we will reach out to your references and request a home tour video.
Meet the Pet
IF your references and home tour video are approved, you will be invited out to our rescue location to meet our dog(s).
Sign Adoption Contract
IF the meet & greet goes well, you will be asked to pay the adoption fee, sign the contract, and are ready to take your new dog home!
