My name is Snowcap!

Hello I’m Snowcap born 7/21/2019 (best estimate), but I now go by Rufus (named after the naked molerat from the show Kim Possible). I was previously adopted to be a therapy cat at a nursing home, but due to my curious nature as I went into rooms I wasn’t supposed to I needed to be rehomed and that’s when I was found by Kneading Kitties Rescue. I am always following my person, trying to go outside, and walking them to the door to wish them a good day at work. I am a bit of a shy and timid boy at first, but then I will warm up and be your go to loving companion that will stick by your side always. I like my space, but I also love to play and usually by myself and I have a very hunting mentality. For example, if my owner throws a toy at me, such as one of my favorites like spring toys, catnip stuffed animal toys, and plastic balls with bells in them I’ll wait then pounce on them and run around the house with them. I am not one to go onto a cat tree, window sill, or jump on the counters, which is nice. My preference is relaxing under my owner’s bed after I tuck them in. Once I get your routine sorted out, I’ll wake you up making sure you’re up to feed me. I love any sort of wet food, especially Friskies pate and shreds. I have beautiful long fluffy hair and bright blue eyes. I like to look at you when you pet me with my bold and bright blue eyes., I love head scratches and I don’t mind being held a little bit at a time. I will love laying on your lap when watching TV, or when you brush me, but otherwise it’ll take me some warming up before I just wanna hang out with you. I’ll usually come to you and my foster says it’s a very rewarding experience, when I earn the trust to come and join you wherever you are. I am generally quiet for a Siamese cat, but I’ll make sure you know when I want more wet food. I’m a big, easygoing, chill, calm, sweet, and loving ball of fluff who likes his treats and time with you and is ready to find his forever home this holiday season! Thanks for giving me a chance, I can’t wait to earn your trust and become your new fur-friend! Why get fuzzy socks when you can get yourself a fluffy cat!? I am up to date on vaccines including rabies, tested negative for FELV/FIV, dewormed, neutered and microchipped. My adoption fee is $320.  No online applications are being accepted for this kitty. They are located at our PetSmart Adoption Center at 16257 N. Scottsdale Rd.
