My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Kiwi Fruit!

Kiwi is an adorable tuxedo girl with a one-of-a-kind little goatee that makes her as charming as she is unique!

Check out her YouTube video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tN3XA3cIcZI

Kiwi is a lively, affectionate cat who absolutely loves being around people. She’s a big talker and will happily meow back when you call her name, joining right in on the conversation. Once she bonds with you, she’s incredibly loyal — the kind of cat who chooses “her person” and follows them from room to room just to stay close.

This sweet girl is a total cuddle bug and a big bed lover — she’ll gladly sleep next to you every night. She adores being petted and will soak up all the affection you have to give.

Kiwi also loves the company of other cats. She enjoys interacting with her feline friends, whether it’s grooming, gentle wrestling, or simply lounging nearby together. Her playful and social nature makes her a wonderful companion in a multi-cat home. She’s not much of a toy player, she’d rather spend her time snuggling or chatting with you than chasing a ball.

Kiwi is particular about her meals and prefers wet food only — no dry for this fancy girl!

If you’re looking for a loving, loyal companion who will be your shadow, your bedtime buddy, and your best friend, Kiwi Fruit is ready to fill your home with warmth, purrs, and conversation.

https://g.co/kgs/UQ5Pyai. We care deeply about creating lasting matches between dog and family for long term success and take the time to ensure each adoption is a fit through our matchmaking process.

Three Little Pitties Rescue (3LP) wants to set you and your new family member up for success! In addition to a fully vetted furbaby you also receive other additional perks such as a code for a free bag of cat litter AND a code for 50% off a 2nd bag of litter from Catalyst Pet, coupons for a fun visit to Petco, and support through our Facebook Adopters group where you can connect with thousands of other adopters, 3LP volunteers, fosters and staff. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescues and will require continued efforts but are well on their way to being the best kitties that they can be! We ask that you give them time (can take weeks to months) to decompress in their new home, do slow introductions to other pets and let their true personalities have a chance to come through.

The Greater Houston area faces one of the highest stray and overpopulation rates in the U.S. We’re a nonprofit on a mission—to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome dogs at risk, while promoting spay/neuter outreach in the community. When you adopt, you save more than one life— the one you adopted, and the space opened up to save another.
