My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I’m Noibat. My five siblings and I were rescued from a kill shelter when we were four weeks old.  We weren’t in great shape when we came to SBACC.  I went to a foster home with two of my brothers, and my two sisters and my other brother went to another foster home.   We were treated for mange and intestinal parasites and given lots of good food and TLC, and are now all happy, healthy kittens.  I’m a fluffy, black kitten! I’ll quietly follow you around for love and affection, but I love being carried or climbing on your shoulder!   I love chasing my toys and playing with you! I can be a rough-and-tumble playmate and might treat you like a kitten. I can sometimes get carried away, but I’m still learning and very loving. I like to wrestle with my blanket, just like a dog, and especially love it when you wave a wand toy for me!  I can be really calm for cuddle time, and I might get jealous if my brothers want to cuddle with my Foster Mom at the same time as me.  I’m now ready for my forever home, and since I often prefer the company of people to cats, I could be an only cat if I get lots of attention. A playmate might be nice, but it needs to be one who’s up for lots of rough and tumble wrestling. I don’t think I’m the right kitten for seniors or for little children.
