My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Feah here is a brilliant, bouncy, brainy, bestie in every sense. The moment I met her I thought, “Wow, this girl is sharp.” Then her foster started sharing more about her and I knew, without a doubt, she is one smart cookie.
Give her video a quick watch -it will help you picture her in your home as you read the rest of her bio.
https://youtu.be/t4LesdOQSRg

Feah is estimated to be around 5–6 months old and is very likely a shepherd/Malinois mix but given she is a rescue we cannot guarantee breed or birthday. She is everything you’d expect from an intelligent working-breed youngster- quick-learning, playful, people-oriented, and always ready for whatever the day brings.

In her foster home, Feah is house trained, crate trained, and comes preloaded with a handful of commands and tricks. Her brain is always “on,” but it does go into stand-by mode, and she thrives when you give her something to learn, solve, or navigate. She’s the type of dog who will make incredible strides with an adopter who enjoys teaching, bonding, and watching a clever dog grow into herself as your absolute dream side-kick.

Feah’s natural play style is joyful and energetic- she loves to play fetch, romp, chase, and bounce with other dogs. I recently got to see her join a playgroup where she met a wide variety of new dogs. She played beautifully with a big male beefcake, a bouncy female, and a wild male malinois mix. She held her own, joining in play and hoping out when she got overwhelmed by a bigger, pushier dog who just pushed play to a more physical style that she didnt care for. But even then, her approach was very polite. Her social approach is friendly and curious, and with dogs who communicate clearly and play with intention rather than chaos, she shines.
She would do wonderfully with a confident, balanced, medium-to-high energy dog who can handle her playful enthusiasm and help her learn dog etiquette as she matures.

Like many smart pups, Feah feels excitement deeply. You can sometimes see it in stimulating new enviornments and she will express herself by barking but with guidance, she settles quickly. What matters most is that she responds extremely well to direction. A moment of guidance, a quick reset, and she’s back to checking in, using her brain, and making good choices! It is really impressive to watch!
She’s still figuring out what to do with all her fading puppy feelings, but her willingness to listen makes her a dream for someone who enjoys shaping a young dog into something amazing.

Feah is a dog with opinions, energy, and a brilliant brain. To set her up for success, she will do best with an active, engaged family. She’s not a couch-potato dog- she wants movement, training, an occasional swim and partnership. She is also best suited for a house over an apartment. She has great basic leash manners but a busy apartment setting may be too stimulation while she is learning how to navigate busier area, passing dogs, elevators, etc. No cats for Feah please. Her love of chase would not be appreciated by a feline roommate.

She is an ideal dog for someone who enjoys guiding a smart dog. She’s a Malinois/shepherd-style thinker, quick, sensitive, and deeply bonded.
If you cant already feel it, here is why you will love Feah! Imagine being adored, having a dog who will look at you with bright eyes and wait for the next direction.

She will work hard for you, play hard with you, nap hard afterward, and learn more in six weeks than most dogs learn in six months.
I cannot say enough about how beautifully balanced she is! All those smarts do not come at the expense of her loving side. She is affectionate and people-focused without being pushy or overwhelming. Feah is so ready to become someone’s “once-in-a-lifetime” companion, with you!
