🌟 Meet Annie — the bright-eyed beauty with a heart full of love and a little sparkle of silliness! 🌟
Annie is a gorgeous black shepherd with a sleek, shiny coat that gleams in the sunshine and eyes the color of warm brown sugar — the kind that seem to glow when she looks at you. She’s a little smaller than your average shepherd, but what she lacks in size she more than makes up for in personality. Annie has that classic shepherd charm: loyal, people-loving, and incredibly smart, with just a touch of goofy flair that makes her irresistibly endearing.
From the moment you meet her, Annie’s gentle, affectionate nature shines through. She adores people and loves to be close to them — the kind of dog who will press her head into your hand for pets, lean against your leg for comfort, and gaze up at you with that “you’re my favorite human” look. She’s confident, kind, and always ready to make new friends, whether they’re people or other pups.

Annie has done wonderfully with other dogs in playgroups! She’s confident and social, happy to romp and explore, but also knows when to take a breather and read her dog friends’ cues. She’d do best with another dog who’s friendly and easygoing — maybe a goofy boy who appreciates a gal that can keep up with him but also knows how to chill. She loves playtime, but she’s not pushy once everyone finds their rhythm, and she’s respectful when reminded to take it down a notch.
She’s also been great with kids! Annie even went for a walk with a seven-year-old and did beautifully. She’s gentle and sweet but can still have bursts of excitement — she hasn’t quite mastered the art of keeping all four paws on the floor when she’s thrilled to see you. Because of that, she’d be best with kids who can handle a little happy hopping from a pup who just loves them so much she can’t help herself.
No cats for Miss Annie - she is much too interested and will likely want to play with any feline residents.
True to her shepherd roots, Annie is smart as can be. She listens well, responds to leash corrections, takes treats gently, and loves having something to do. She’s a quick learner who wants to make her people proud — and her mix of brains and heart makes her the kind of companion who’s just as ready for training sessions and hikes as she is for lazy cuddle days on the couch.
Annie could do well in an apartment as long as she gets her daily exercise and adventures, but she’d also love a yard to stretch her legs and enjoy some sunshine. Whether she’s walking politely beside you, greeting her dog friends at playgroup, or curling up after a long day, Annie’s true joy is simply being part of the family.
She’s the perfect mix of brains, beauty, and love — a sweetheart with a playful spark who’s ready to be your best friend for life. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will make you laugh, keep you company, and fill your home with affection, Annie is your girl. 💛
