Meet Abby, a 2-year-old Portuguese Water Dog who was surrendered to the shelter just a week before Christmas because her family was moving and could no longer afford her. ?? She had been with them since she was a tiny puppy, so the shelter was incredibly scary for her — and she was starting to shut down. We couldn’t let that happen, so we scooped her up! ????
