Zoe needs a sponsor!

SNAP Cats rescued Zoe from Westminster, CA.We rescued Zoe’s mom from an abuse situation in Southern California. A week later, Zoe and her brother, Pumpkin, were born. They're playful and sweet but can be a bit skittish. We think once they’re in a home of their own they’ll open up and become cherished members of the family. We'd like to see Zoe and Pumpkin adopted together.

Thanks to a generous Operations Grant from @petfinderfoundation, we’re able to purchase three months’ worth of food for Zoe as she awaits her forever home.

Adoption fee is a donation in an amount that the adopter feels is appropriate. All prospective adopters must fill out an adoption application, then meet with an adoption councilor. For local adoptions we perform a home inspection.

Animal shelters around the world are full. The first cats to be killed are special needs, elderly and those deemed “unadoptable.” That’s unacceptable.

SNAP Cats is a unique rescue and sanctuary in Santa Rosa, CA (Sonoma County) dedicated to special needs cats. We rescue special needs cats from all around the world, house them, then find them warm, loving homes. We believe, if given time, that ALL cats can find the home that they deserve.

All of our SNAP Cats, regardless of health, age or temperament, are available for adoption or foster care. Those who are not adopted, due to age, illness or temperament, are able to live out the remainder of their natural lives here, in a peaceful, healthy, serene environment.
