Jasper is a 10 mo blue heeler. Originally adopted from Upstate NY SPCA. Our move to Savannah was very fast leaving us no choice but to settle in a very small apartment with no idea when we can expand.
He is a high energy, food motivated lovable tornado. No stuffy is safe in his presence for very long.
We are looking for a loving home with owners who can give him the space he needs.
