Doja is a beautiful kitty with lovely calico markings. She is very shy at first and will stay in her house until she feels comfortable, once she is out and about she is very happy to have pats and scratches. She doesn’t like to be picked up at first but once picked up she will snuggle into you and purr. She is very food motivated as well. She loves to explore her surroundings once she is comfortable and will join you on the couch, chair, bed, etc. Doja also likes to play with toys and will chase a string, jingle ball, or whatever you have to entice her to play. You see her playful spirit shine through. Since she came to her foster with her baby Gus, we have been calling her Mama Kitty. In her foster home she isn’t a fan of the other cats and will avoid them. She is around an elderly small dog that she ignores.
