Excavator enjoys the company of other cats and loves feeling the cool breeze from outside, often choosing a cozy spot near a window where he can relax and take it all in. With patience, soft voices, and a calm home, he is sure to blossom into a loyal, mellow companion who appreciates peaceful moments and sunny windowsills. 🐾

Our adoption fee is $50 for dogs 7 months and older, $175.00 for dogs under 7 months, and $50.00 for kittens and $25 for adult cats. There is an adoption application that must be filled out and approved. Once the application is approved a meet and greet and home visit must be completed before an animal can go home.

We are open to the public for adoptions daily Monday-Saturday 10-6, and closed on Sundays and all major holidays.
We are at the PetSmart in Ocala every day at our 7-day cat center 3-6 pm We are at the Petco in Ocala mon-Fri 10-12 & Sun 10-2. Please go to our website www.thehsmc.org site to see the different events and activities we are involved in throughout the year.
