Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Friendly, Loving, Mellow
Milka is an affectionate, calm kitty who will remind you of the sweeter things in life. Petting her velvety soft coat, listening to a quiet purr of appreciation, serene moments just snuggling together - Milka is a purry balm from the stresses of the day. She gets along beautifully with everyone she meets and is big on affection. You should also know that her gentle cuddles are the BEST!
You are in luck if you are a Longhorn fan and even if you are not! Milka’s exquisite calico coat includes gorgeous burnt orange coloring mixed with jet black on a soft cushion of white-she is a beauty! And, this easy going lady would be glad to watch football with you, especially if cuddles are involved.
Milka was declawed prior to arriving at APA! Her inability to defend herself can make her feel threatened by other cats. She has slowly been adapting to the cat in her foster home. But, she would likely prefer a home where she is the one and only kitty. When it comes to the resident dog, she seemed less concerned and it only took her about two weeks to become comfortable. Due to being declawed, Milka must be an indoor-only cat.
Milka would be so happy to spend the remainder of her golden years in a cozy home where she can nap in comfy spots and snuggle with kind humans. Older cats are sometimes overlooked simply because of their age. Milka would be forever grateful to be given a chance to show you the years don't matter. Her warm cuddles, loving disposition and kind heart will turn this senior shelter cat into a cherished family member in no time. If you are ready to give Milka the life and love she deserves, contact us for an intro!
All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
