Miss Frida is a special little girl who deserves to find her forever home! Frida is partially blind, but that does not slow her down! Because she cannot see very well, she needs some time to get used to new places. Once she decides you are HER person, Frida is a cuddly love bug who loves to play.
_____
Although Frida is partially blind, it does not seem to affect her quality of life. She gets around her foster house just fine! Frida is estimated to be 8 years old. Because of how friendly she is, we believe she was dumped by previous owners. She spent two years living outside the house of a good Samaritan, but had to be brought inside when she needed treatment for her eyes.
She was found with ulcers on both eyes that will never go away, but do not currently require ongoing medication. Because she has been living outside, she CRAVES the outdoors more than most cats. She is currently living well as an indoor/outdoor kitty, although for her safety a catio or enclosed porch would be preferable.
Frida has never met a dog that we know of but based on her temperament we think she could coexist with well-behaved pup friends. She's also never met kids that we know of, but we think with calm, older children who have cat experience, she would do great.
Frida is estimated to be ~8 years old, is spayed, is up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and in great health! She does a great job of keeping her litterbox tidy. All she needs now is her forever home!
