Born around August 21, 2025, Calvin is the charming only boy in a litter of four sisters. This sweet little guy is a wonderful blend of talkative, laid-back, and playful, making him a delight to have around.
Calvin loves all toys, especially anything he can bat, chase, or wrestle with. His favorite game is playing chase, and he’s always ready to romp with his siblings. When playtime winds down, he enjoys being pet and will sometimes curl up on your lap for a cozy break.
He gets along great with other cats, and while he’s timid around dogs at first, he could easily adjust to a calm, cat-friendly dog who gives him space.
Because Calvin is a social, energetic kitten, he will need to be adopted with one of his littermates or into a home that already has another young cat to keep him company and share in his playful antics. We only adopt to people in the St. Louis METRO area. More about this rescue
St. Louis Pet Rescue is a non-profit rescue group focusing on saving pets from local animal control facilities and other neglect situations.
We do not have a facility. All of the pets we rescue are in loving foster homes. Foster homes provide love, care training, and, if needed, rehabilitation to the pets. This also allows the pet to be more adjusted when they enter their forever home since they are used to a home environment (versus a kennel at the pound).
