Sandy is a fun-loving soul who is ready to find her forever humans. She has a wonderful personality and loves to enjoy life at her own pace.

While Sandy is social, she is a lady who values her personal space. She isn't a fan of "in-your-face" energy from other dogs and prefers companions who understand boundaries. She’d much rather enjoy a calm stroll or a snooze in the sun than engage in a wrestling match or roughhousing.

All adopters must:

1. Be 18 years of age or older
2. Have a current valid identification,and
3. Understand that the adoption questionnaire is subject to approval by the board members of NTTSAR

The adoption process may take 45-90 minutes. Our adoption process includes asking questions,'verifying identity,age, address and if needed,verifying property owner' s approval for renters. Once the questionnaire is complete and the adoption counselor has reviewed it, you may visit with the pet you are interested in adopting.You will have a counseling session with a member of our staff who will explain the history and needs of each animal. At this time,you may ask questions regarding health issues,behavioral issues,house breaking,and basic care and exercise requirements.

NTTSARS became a licensed animal rescue in 2013 and were able to open their door to many other animals that deserve a second chance at life. Sanctuary is part of this rescue because sometimes there are animals that have been rescued and their only chance at life is to become a permanent resident at NTTSARS.
