Bingo is a 1ish year old, male Golden Mix at about 40ish lbs looking for a new home with his BFF Marcy, as his family lost their home in the E KY flooding just recently. This is a sad story for everyone, but Bingo and Marcy's family reached out to GRRAND for help, and we will help them find a great new forever family. Now, as Bingo came in with Marcy the Doodle, and we did not think they needed to be adopted together, but we were wrong! Bingo went to a home without other dogs and didn’t do well as he MUST have Marcy! He was anxious and then started resource-guarding the mom against the dad, so sadly, he was sent back. When he returned to the kennel and was reunited with Marcy, they were both ECSTATIC to see each other and have been so happy since! Bingo is much less anxious with her, too, as he finds comfort and stability in Marcy. She is a real stable dog and is going to help Bingo and she loves him, too!
Bingo ad Marcy must go to an adult only household with no small kids. He is very nervous around kids and needs a calmer environment. We are still learning about this little guy, but we do know he will need a family that will have the time and patience to work with him and be committed to giving him the exercise and direction he needs to be a good boy. He is still young and will need plenty of supervision and activity. He does get along with other dogs, and is said to get along with cats too, but GRRAND has not cat tested him.

Approve Application
If the home visit is approved and the adoption contract signed, the adoption coordinator will contact to discuss dogs in our program.
