Hall and Oates were rescued strays by Dumped Bunny Group and are estimated to be young adults about 9-10 months old. They are a bonded pair and need to be adopted together. Hall has a history of some abscess issues which we are addressing before adoption. These two love to run, play and explore. We are currently open by appointment only to see all the pets, but we frequently appear at farmer's markets and other local events with adoptable animals.

We are a specialty rescue for small exotic pets, such as reptiles and small mammals. We were formed by two women who met working at a nature center. In their interactions with the public they noticed a need in the area for a rescue that specialized in exotic pets, as well as a value in public education. Lost Woods Animal Sanctuary was formed with the mission to reduce mistreatment and abandonment of animals through rescue and rehoming, as well as educational outreach.
