Golly Gee is an absolutely handsome brown tabby domestic medium-hair with striking dark markings and soft white fluff that make him truly eye-catching. He has a thoughtful, observant nature and likes to take his time when meeting new people, quietly sizing things up before deciding you are worthy of his trust.
This sweet boy is well behaved and wonderfully kitten-mannered. While he may start off a bit reserved, patient, and gentle, pets will be rewarded with a deep, steady purr motor that lets you know you have earned his affection. Once comfortable, Golly Gee shows his playful side and happily joins in romps and games with his siblings Gulliver, Gusto, and Giggles.

Purr Partners Feline Rescue is a 501(c)(3), no-kill, foster-based, all-volunteer organization dedicated to saving the lives of cats and kittens in Central North Carolina — incorporated in 2009 by two friends, four cats, and no budget. These two women realized the need for a "cat only" rescue that worked with rural shelters — where cats routinely lose their lives. Purr Partners was founded to save the lives of those most in jeopardy with little hope of survival. High-kill rural shelters became the focus for Purr Partners, and that is still true today. From those humble beginnings, the rescue has grown to over a hundred active volunteers and a budget of approximately $175,000. At any given time there are between 100 and 150 cats and kittens in foster care. We have saved the lives of over 3500 cats and are still growing!
