OTTO is a wrinkly, playful French bulldog about 1½ years old with the sweetest, loving personality. He came from a backyard breeder and has some manageable skin issues, but that doesn’t slow him down one bit. He’s affectionate, happy, and ready for a real home where he can be spoiled the way he deserves.
