My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bentley likes spending time outside on the screened area where he can enjoy his surroundings and be entertained by what is going on outside his house at the same time. He often lounges in the sun, watching birds and squirrels with great interest. This peaceful spot truly brings out his playful curiosity.

Bentley is a quiet, gentle-natured kitty. We are sure once he gets to know someone, he will be a snuggling lap cat. Come meet Bentley, spend a little time with him, get to know him and see for yourself what a great kitty he is!

Why not complete an application today to make an appointment to meet Bentley? See for yourself what a gentle, easy-going kitty he is. Do not miss the chance to welcome this sweet companion into your life.

More about this rescue

The Animal Refuge Center (ARC) of Fort Myers is a not for profit animal welfare society dedicated to stopping the escalating cost to impound, care for, kill and dispose of dogs and cats dying for no reason other than having been born. ARC is helping to cut the large numbers of homeless animals which eventually cuts the costs to taxpayers, which to date has reached over half a million dollars a year.

ARC is a non-euthanasia organization. Once we accept an animal for adoption, IT WILL NOT BE DESTROYED TO MAKE ROOM FOR ANOTHER. We are here to help the unwanted and neglected animals who now face certain death.
