My name is Cher!

Hi, Im Cher! Im very friendly, and I love to be pet. My foster mom named me Cher because Im always singing for her to come pet me. I love to sit in her lap and make biscuits. Sometimes Im a little nervous at first in a new space, but I warm up quickly - especially if there are people around to give me pets! Ive liked every human Ive met so far. Ive even met some of the little humans, and I liked them too. Im not sure I would want to live with a very tiny human full time though because as much as I love to be pet, sometimes I want my own rest and relaxation time. I appreciate a human who can respect boundaries. <br/><br/>I spend most of the day napping and looking out my favorite window. I really like to be high above the room on a cat tower while I keep watch over my queendom. I like to play with a wand toy sometimes, but overall, Im pretty chill. I would do fine in a home where the humans are gone during the day as long as I get lots of pets before and after!<br/><br/>I havent met any other cats yet, but I think I would do okay after a slow introduction. I also think that I would be okay around a dog as long as the dog knows that Im the boss and doesnt try to chase me or anything like that. Ive seen my foster moms dog around, and while Im a little nervous so far - we just met! - I think that well be okay because hes very polite. <br/><br/>I am looking for an experienced cat adopter because my foster mom says that Im a flight risk (whatever that means). She got super concerned when I darted out the front door and disappeared for a few days, but I dont know what she was so worried about! Since Im so interested in the outdoors, I would definitely enjoy a catio.<br/><br/>Oh, Im also very good at using the litter box! My foster mom said that youd want to know that.
