My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Come meet Wally! This handsome kitty with gorgeous markings and deep golden eyes is looking for a forever home where he can play, cuddle, snuggle, and get lots of love! He is great with all the other cats in his house and amazingly comfortable when meeting new people.

He enjoys spending time out on the screened area where he can watch everyone coming and going and be ready for his next “snuggle” adventure. This handsome kitty surely has lots of love to offer!

Why not complete an application today to make an appointment to meet Wally? Hurry, see for yourself what a great companion he would make.

More about this rescue

The Animal Refuge Center (ARC) of Fort Myers is a not for profit animal welfare society dedicated to stopping the escalating cost to impound, care for, kill and dispose of dogs and cats dying for no reason other than having been born. ARC is helping to cut the large numbers of homeless animals which eventually cuts the costs to taxpayers, which to date has reached over half a million dollars a year.

ARC is a non-euthanasia organization. Once we accept an animal for adoption, IT WILL NOT BE DESTROYED TO MAKE ROOM FOR ANOTHER. We are here to help the unwanted and neglected animals who now face certain death.
