What is Rehome?

Licorice is a beautiful black cat with a great personality, loving heart and glowing eyes.. He’s on the bigger side (12-14 lbs est).
Found skinny in October, 2025, I feed him twice a day and he gained weight quickly. Exposed to the elements 24-hours a day, coyotes and owls, and many neighborhood cats, I brought him in three months later for medical treatment to an abscess which is healing nicely.
Licorice is a neutered male, 5-6 years old. Healthy, but due to the neutering, vet says he likely is getting picked on by other cats, and would continue to be if returned to the outside. Indoor situation is recommended.
Since crating the cat mid-December, this cat has been a dream. He is quiet and calm. He purs when pet. He uses the litter box. He allows the crate to be open without rushing out.
Unfortunately, I cannot keep the cat due to my living situation and others in the house.
Im looking for a great, likely quite indoor home or secure catio for this wonderful companion.
