Sweetpea is a soft‑spirited, quietly confident kitten who moves through the world at her own pace. She’s wonderfully independent — the kind of little soul who enjoys being near you without needing to be the center of attention. In her foster home, she co-exists peacefully with both cats and dogs, taking comfort in calm company and predictable routines. She is also living with her bother Popeye and loves him very much.
Sweetpea is looking for a patient, understanding family who will let her blossom on her terms. She doesn’t enjoy being picked up right now, but with time, trust, and the safety of a loving home, she may become more comfortable with gentle handling. What she does offer freely is her gentle presence, her curiosity, and the quiet sweetness that inspired her name.

All our animals available for adoption are living in foster homes. This gives us the ability to really get to know the animals we have available and find them families that are a good fit for them based on their personalities. We do not have a shelter to visit the animals.
