JOLLY JINGLE JAMMIN’ MAN has arrived at DASH with perfect timing to find a home For the holidays and forever! He’s very well behaved for approximately one year-old puppy dog. He’s listed as an Australian Shepherd mix and he does have three colors, but he also has a curly coat and tail much like a flat coat or golden retriever. BUT HE IS MINI! Jingle isn’t expected much bigger than he is, which is 25 pounds.

Jingle gets along great with all other dogs; He’s been playing nonstop with his best friend Comet Who came to us from the same local shelter (and who’s been adopted) . we got terrific photos of them meeting for the first time and absolutely no problem from there playing off leash hanging out together in the puppy pen sleeping next to each other on the big dog bed and no accidents overnight! Well, no accidents at all really.

Jingle definitely Has demonstrated being crate, trained, and housebroken, although we wouldn’t leave them out there alone in the house because he is still a young dog and might find something interesting to chew. That said he definitely knows what tennis balls and tug toys are because he’s not chewing anything he shouldn’t and he’s managing to find all of the toys in the yard in the house to try and share with everybody!

Not a barker not a whiner; Jingle is really A sweet, small dog who’s cool like a medium to large dog and who’s friendly to everyone with a very good disposition!

While we all appreciate Holiday adoptions that brings so much to the holiday season, We are looking for these dogs to get into forever homes and hope to get applications to that effect!

Jingle could be terrific in a lot of homes; First choice is always where there’s another dog, similar age and energy level to play with and for him it doesn’t matter if it’s a male or a female he gets along with everybody! We look for breed experienced applicants, People who are familiar with herding breeds That have the desire to continue working with them for more training and outdoor activities!

Jingle could be a new best friend for a single active person or a couple; We love empty nests, who are still young and healthy enough to have an active puppy! And we do look for new homes or someone is at home at least part of the day because really why I get a puppy or a young dog if you’re not going to be there? We have no problem, finding homes like this, and hopefully yours can be the one for jingle if you fill out our application!

Our application is on the website below and after you complete it please

TEXT SARA: So I can check your app!

THANK YOU!

General Info - PLEASE READ! *Our $450 adoption fee is based on the cost of rescuing, transporting and vetting each dog; we do not try to compete on prices with municipal shelters whose funds are paid by the city. Our philosophy is to rescue highly adoptable dogs, have them live kennel-free in private homes for temperament assessments and individual personalities.

We work hard to match EACH dog with the right family - kids or no kids, other dogs male or female and/or cats. With very rare exceptions all dogs over 6 months will be spayed or neutered PRIOR to adoption - dogs under 6 months will include a spay/neuter date AND referral info for lower-cost surgery if the adopter does not choose to use her or his personal vet. OUR VETS WILL NOT PERFORM SPAY NEUTER SURGERIES UNTIL DOG IS 6 MONTHS OLD.

Go meet their pets

We do not have a shelter - we accept online applications and either have individuals meet at foster homes or we will bring dogs to a safe, fenced neutral area - depends on situation.

More about this rescue

I am the Executive Director - I started DASH with a select group of co-rescuing friends and neighbors because we saw a need to rescue very adoptable dogs from Death Rows at municipal shelters and believe through foster care we can work with and train these dogs to be ideal family pets.
