Hi there! I’m Twilight, and I’m currently staying at the Roswell Center while I wait for my next chapter to begin. I was surrendered by my previous owner, who shared that I did well with people and other pets in the home.
As I settle into this new environment, the staff is getting to know me little by little. Shelter life can be a big adjustment, so I’m taking things at my own pace, but with patience and a loving home, my personality is sure to shine again. At the Atlanta Humane Society, we process adoptions two different ways depending on whether an animal is physically housed at our Atlanta or Roswell location or in a foster home. The adoption process is listed in each animal’s biography so that you’ll know if you need to fill out a pre-adoption application form or visit them at our shelter to adopt. They’ve been seen by a vet and a behavior team, are up-to-date on vaccines, and go home with starter kit to help you get started off on the right paw. Even if they can’t say it out loud, when you find the right animal, you’ll feel the gratitude and affection. Your new best friend is waiting for you!
