Meet Rowan
Rowan is a playful little orange and white heart stealer with the sweetest curious eyes. He loves to explore, pounce, and turn just about anything into a toy. When he is not busy playing, he enjoys watching the world around him and soaking up attention.
Rowan would do best in a home with other cats. He truly thrives with feline friends and loves having a buddy to wrestle with, chase, and curl up beside when playtime is over. Another friendly cat in the home would help him feel confident and happy.
He is full of kitten energy, affection, and charm, and he is ready to bring joy, laughter, and lots of purrs to his forever home.

Their adoption process

1.
Submit Application

A potentional adopter must complete an adoption application first.

2.
Interview

A Furry Friends Animal Aid representative will have a phone interview with the potentional adopter. We review the application.

3.
Home Check

We require homevisits. We make sure the home is fit for a cat. We want to make sure there is no danger to the cat.

4.
Meet the Pet

They can meet the pet once we have completed a home visit. This can happen during the home visit as well.

5.
Approve Application

The adopter must be approved to finalize the adoption.

6.
Sign Adoption Contract

Sign contract and pay adoption fee.

7.
Take the Pet Home

A Furry Friends Animal Aid representative can drop pet to your home, or new family can pick up their forever fur baby.

At Furry Friends Animal Aid, we rescue animals that require immediate attention from abandonment, cruelty, illness, or neglect. Our volunteers are prompt in response and experienced in animal care. We answer every call for rescue and do everything within our capability to save them and ultimately get them adopted into their responsible, forever homes. We started in Houston, TX, but our goal is to expand and reach every animal through our partners. We are a 501(c)(3) Charitable Organization.
