Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Winston is a 6-year-old Pomeranian, looking for a loving home where he can go for little walks around the neighborhood and curl up on a couch. Winston loves children and is good with both cats and dogs. He walks great on a leash, knows to sit on cue but is not fully housetrained. He would prefer a household with other pets.
If you would love to meet Winston, please click the grey "Apply for Adoption" button and fill out the adoption profile. We will review your profile and get in touch to schedule a time for you to come in.

Adopting an animal is an exciting and important step for you and your family! Here is a brief outline of what to expect.
1. Come to our shelter and visit with the animals... come as many times as you like... you'll know when you've met "the one!"
2. Meet with an adoption counselor who will work with you to see if the animal you want can fit into your lifestyle, preferences, desires and expectations or if another would be a better match!
3. Complete the adoption paperwork and counseling session (this may take up to 45 minutes, so please be prepared to spend this time with an Adoption Counselor). You may also complete the adoption application online prior to coming to the shelter! Please note the application is an expression of interest and does guarantee animal placement.
4. Take your new best friend home!!
