Meet Minnie! Minnie is a bright, lovable, and energetic young pup searching for her home. She’s happiest when she’s on the move—enjoying long morning walks, romping in the yard, or playing a game of fetch. Minnie attends daycare several days a week and loves to socialize and play with other dogs.
Minnie would do best in an adult-only household with predictable movements and noises. She thrives in an environment with clear routines and plenty of physical and mental stimulation. She’s housetrained, crate trained, and enjoys learning new tricks and commands—she’ll happily show them off for a treat!
Minnie would do best with another social, confident and outgoing dog in the home and alongside her in all that she does. She gains confidence from dog friends and blossoms most when she has a playful canine companion by her side, reinforcing that new things are nothing to be concerned about. Minnie is working hard on her manners and can get a bit anxious when meeting new people, facing unfamiliar situations or seeing new things, but with continued guidance and reassurance, she quickly settles in. Minnie is a smart girl, and eager to learn and be in tune with her people.
Ideal adopters for Minnie will be active, patient, and ready to provide her with the exercise, enrichment, predictability and companionship she craves. If you’re looking for a loyal, lively, and loving addition to your family Minnie just might be your perfect match!
**Additional info you should know - For most of our dogs, we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each of our dogs as an individual and do our best to describe and place them based on personality not breed label. Some dogs may not yet be in New England, nor ready for immediate adoption. There may be additional vetting, quarantine, waiting periods and/or fees depending upon your state of residence. If you have questions or concerns on any of this, you can discuss this with your Adoption Counselor.
